Cancellation Policy

A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid using PayPal or Zelle. Please note that we do not accept Cash App payments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide notification no later than 2 days prior to your scheduled date. We appreciate your open communication throughout the booking process and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If rescheduling is necessary, your deposit may be applied to “1” alternative date. Please arrive promptly for your appointment; if you anticipate being late, kindly contact us to confirm your expected arrival time.
