Service Description

For our loc consultation appointments we ask that clients arrive on time. Client must arrive with clean hair for consultation. This deposit will go towards the official service balance. Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Nevertheless, as a small business, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our operations. To minimize disruptions, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment, allowing us to offer the appointment to another client. Clients who fail to comply with this policy will be required to pay a 50% cancellation/no-show fee prior to booking their next appointment with us.
